Prerequisites:
DataLink requires a license for ARIS Architect and at least one of the following extension packs:
- DataLink ext. pack: HR
- DataLink ext. pack: SDK
DataLink SDK extension pack requires at least one trained user who completes DataLink SDK Training.

Implementation

Training
- The price for Managing data synchronization with DataLink course is 450 €.
- The price for DataLink SDK Training course is 2 200 €.
- If you prefer on-site training to remote one (provided via a webex session), please be aware that you might be charged for extra travel costs and expenses.
Development support
- This support is free of charge for members of DataLink community, i.e. SDK users paying maintenance fee. Otherwise you can buy 5-calls package for 450 €.
Maintenance
- Annual maintenance fee costs 22% of the product’s list price.
